intestine (大肠) vs eating habit

 
I believe that a lots of people in the world do not eat the proper food. Some of these people even do not like to eat grains, cereal, vegetables or fruits. Meat, fast food, seafood, cheese, junk food are on the top list as their food preferences list. Some even smoke or drink alcohol and practising an unhealthy lifestyle.

Nowadays, lots of youngster tends to ignore the advise being given to them. But, I would like to share a quick & short video with you. Your eating habit or your daily diet will affect your health slowly & unknowingly. This video had captured some of the intestine ranged from healthy to unhealthy, up to even tumor is found in the intestine by using endoscopic(内视镜).

You might not understand the languange spoken or mandarin subtitle. But, no problem, you can definitely differentiate between a healthy intestine and an unhealthy intestine. This is all related to your daily diet and your eating habit since you are small.

Below are some summaries of the first few intestines showed in the video:-
The first intestine: a healthy intestine from a 45 years old woman. Her intestine is very clean and soft.
The second intestine: an intestine from a 75 years old woman whom followed the advise by the doctor strictly by practising a good eating habit in the past 20 years. She took brown rice and grains, salad & vegetables as her main meal and used to take fruits 30 minutes before each of her breakfast and dinner. She also take 60g-70g of fish as one of her meal.
The third intestine:  an unhealty intestine from a 47 years old fat woman. Her main food are meat, cheese, yogurt, almost 70% of the protein are from animal fat. The wall of her intestine is very thick & oily, which makes her facing the difficulties in excretion (排泄).
The fourth intestine: an unhealthy intestine from a 52 years old guy with high blood pressure, Hyperlipidemia (高脂血症) and Prostatic hyperplasia (摄护腺肥大). He used to drink 2 cups of milk every morning and took low fat cheese and yogurt daily. He took 200g-300g chicken 3-4 times and 200g fish per week. He also took bread, rice, vegetables and fruits every meals.

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT!! This is very truez. So, please take care of your diet properly. Take the healthy and nutrition based meal instead of those that will affect your health in future. Please take action now to change your health before it is too late.
